• You need to complete the online Client Intake Form with Terms & Conditions and return at least 48 hours before session.
• You will receive a relaxing recording in preparation by App or email.
• The 2,5 hour therapy session can take physically or via Zoom
• 30 min review and clarification of the intake form.
• Setting you up for succes.
• Followed by your therapy, which includes hypnosis and usually regression.
• During the last part of your session I create a personalised transformational recording for you.
• You need to complete the online Client Intake Form with Terms & Conditions and return at least 48 hours before session.
• You will receive a relaxing recording in preparation by App or email.
• After your session, I will email or App your personal recording.
• It’s vital that you listen to your recording daily for at least 21 days after your session.
• The recording is designed around your specific needs and goals and it is by repeatedly listening to these new, positive beliefs that you will break old, unwanted behaviours and thought processes.
• I will check in with you regularly via email / phone / text messages to support you throughout the process. This is included in your session fee.
• I will then set up a follow up review call, after 21 days has passed.

Hypnosis is not magic – it is science! It works by activating brain activities that are the same as when you are in REM sleep. REM sleep is when the events of the day are processed. That is what gives you access to the subconscious mind. Hypnosis puts you in a state that lies between the dream and the day consciousness, where the conscious and the subconscious converge and meet.
By doing this under supervision you can approach those situations that still (unconsciously) play tricks on you today. It is also aimed at integration with consciousness so that you can really benefit from it in your daily life.

Hypnosis is not putting you to sleep; it’s putting your nervous system in a relaxed state. This means that even though you remain fully aware of everything going on around you, you are not bothered by them. As a result, you can turn your attention inward. I cannot get you to do anything in trance that you would not do otherwise. During your session, you will feel, relaxed & comfortable. Hypnosis is a natural state that you experience in your day to day life, so it won’t feel unfamiliar.
RTT is designed to give you a powerful, fast breakthrough and create big changes in your life. Some clients may need more than one RTT session on a particular issue, depending on how deep it is it can take up to three.
After seeing the incredible, rapid shifts RTT brings, many choose to continue to work on other areas of their life and receive coaching to integrate the new beliefs and build new habits and behaviors.
You are in complete control during hypnosis and if you don’t wish to share something, you don’t have to.
Yes, you will go back to scenes of childhood, adolescence, or early adulthood to discover patterns of behavior or pain. You observe the events and / or experiences. You are not experiencing this old pain (if there is one) again. You are completely safe.

How you feel immediately after the session strongly depends on how deeply the session has affected you. This is different for everyone: one is relaxed and maybe a little drowsy, another with a big smile and feelings of excitement because they realize that something important has happened and yet another feels an intense deep feeling of reflection and wonder. Even long after the session you often discover more about yourself. You always leave the session with a sense of understanding, freedom and empowerment. I do recommend scheduling time for yourself after the session.
Hypnosis is a natural state that we go into throughout the day, so you have already experienced this, probably without realising it. Everyone is different, so some people will go into trance more easily and deeper than others. How quickly or deeply you go into trance has no bearing on the success of the treatment. Before we start the treatment, you get a recording to get used to my voice and to help yourself to relax. You just have to allow it.
RTT works just as well using Skype, Facetime, WhatsApp or Zoom as it does in person. All you need is a reliable internet connection and a place where you can sit or lay without anyone disturbing you.
The mind learns through repetition. Think of sports professionals training for a competition. This is no different to you working on changing your behaviour. The science behind this is that neurons that fire together, wire together. Neurons associated with a certain activity form neural pathway that become stronger the more that activity is engaged in. By listening to the audio you are making sure the new neural pathways created during the hypnotherapy session are growing in strength. Think about how difficult it is to learn a new habit. It feels awkward and unfamiliar, but only in the beginning. The more you practice, the more comfortable it feels until you reach the point where trying the old way feels awkward.
On the other hand, nerves that fire apart, wire apart. The less an old activity is practiced, the weaker the neural pathways become. There are different theories as to how long it takes for the brain to rewire. I suggest to clients that they continue listening to the audio past the initial 21-day period to continue strengthening that new neural pathway.
